No. 01RZ005 - Hughes Tract (Section 9, T1N, R7E)
A request by Canyon Lake Park, LLC to consider an application for a Rezoning from Medium Density Residential District to General Commercial District on the east 125 feet of north 125 feet of Lot C of Lot Two (2) of Hughes Tract located in Section 9, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 4009 Lakeview Drive.

Staff recommends that the 2nd Reading of the Rezoning request be continued to the May 7, 2001 City Council meeting to allow it to be considered concurrently with the Planned Residential Development.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from Medium Density Residential to General Commercial be approved for First Reading only and that Second Reading be continued until the associated Planned Commercial Development can be considered concurrently at City Council.
