A request by Exhaust Pros of Rapid City, Inc. to consider an application for a Major Amendment to a Planned Commercial Development to revise the sign package on Lot 7 of SSJE Subdivision, Section 32, T2N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 1331 Jess Street.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Major Amendment to a Planned Commercial Development to revise the sign package be continued to the April 16, 2001 City Council meeting at the applicant’s request.
