Stahl to consider an application for a Planned Residential Development - Initial and Final Development Plan on Lots 1-6 of Stahl Victorian Addition, formerly Tracts J, K, L, M and N of Lot 6 of Block 19, Boulevard Addition of the N1/2 of Section 2, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the southwest corner of the intersection of West Street and South Street.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Initial and Final Development Plan be continued to the April 16, 2001 City Council meeting.
