Bice to consider an application for a Use on Review to allow a caretakers residence in the Light Industrial Zoning District on Lot 2 of Lot K of Bice Subdivision located in the NW1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 5, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 1220 1/2 Creek Drive.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Use on Review to allow a caretakers residence in the Light Industrial Zoning District be continued to the April 16, 2001 City Council meeting to allow the applicant time to submit additional required information.
