Staff Report Vicinity Map Aerial Photograph Sign Package Public Comment Site Plan
No. 01PD002 - SSJE Subdivision
A request by Alside Supply to consider an application for a Major
Amendment to a Planned Commercial Development - Final Development Plan to change
the sign configuration on Lot 2 of SSJE Subdivision, Section 32, T2N, R7E,
BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as
being located at the northernmost terminus of Kermit Lane.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Major Amendment to a Planned Commercial
Development - Final Development Plan to change the sign configuration be
approved with the following stipulation:
Urban Planning Division Recommendation:
All signs shall be colored with a beige background and have hunter green lettering. In addition, none of the signs shall be illuminated.
