A request by Dream Design, Inc. for Stoney Creek Inc. to consider an application for a Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive requirement for curb and gutter and to allow thickened edge sidewalk on one side on Lots 1-10 of Autumn Hills Plaza II located in the SW1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section 22, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located on Catron Boulevard and Sheridan Lake Road.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement for curb and gutter and to allow thickened edge sidewalk on one side of the street be continued to the February 5, 2001 City Council meeting to allow the applicant to submit additional information.
