A request by Gary Renner for Mike Wieseler to consider an application for a Lot Split on Lot A1 and Lot A2 of Lot 9 of Block 2 of Century Park Subdivision (formerly Lot A of Lot 9 of Block 2 of Century Park Subdivision) located in the SW1/4 of Section 27, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located between Samco Road and Rand Road north of Commerce Road.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Lot Split be continued to the February 5, 2001 City Council meeting to allow time for the applicant to submit additional information.
