Reimbursement to City of Rapid City for Design Costs incurred on Infrastructure Development Partnership Fund Projects

RAPID CITY INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIP REVIEW COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Rapid City Infrastructure Development Partnership Review Committee recommended that the City Council approve a resolution requiring that those Infrastructure Development Partnership Fund projects which utilize existing design plans previously funded by the City of Rapid City reimburse the City for the cost of said design plans as a stipulation of loan approval.
