A request by Richard and Teresa Charest for All About Kids to consider an application for a Renewal of a Use on Review for a Child Care Center on the south 15 feet of Lot 28 and all of Lots 29 and 30, Block 29, South Boulevard Addition, Section 12, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 344 Cleveland Street.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Renewal of a Use on Review for a Child Care Center be approved with the following stipulations:

Urban Planning Division Recommendations:
1. A maximum of fifteen (15) children be cared for at the facility; and,

2. Section 17.50.150 of the Rapid City Municipal Code shall be continually met.
