The above described property is located in the NE1/4 of the SE1/4 and the SE1/4 of the SE1/4, Section 29, T1N, R7E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota, and contains 7.244 acres, more or less, and is more generally described as being located east of the intersection of Sheridan Lake Road and Tanager Drive.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the property listed in the Petition of Annexation, an area of 7.244 acres, more or less, be approved for annexation.
