An application by Doug Sperlich for Gary Rasmusson to consider a request for a Layout, Preliminary and Final Plat on Lot 1R and Lot 2 of Block 20 of Robbinsdale Addition No. 10 (formerly Lot 1 of Block 20 and a portion of Tract A of Block 19 both in Robbinsdale Addition No. 10) located in the NW1/4 of the SW1/4, Section 18, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located south of the intersection of Minnesota Street and Winfield Street.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Layout, Preliminary and Final Plat be continued to the September 18, 2000 City Council meeting.
