Development was considered for a Preliminary and Final Plat on Lots 1 through 11 of Block 1 and Lots 1 through 11 of Block 2 of Skyview North Subdivision and Lot 25R of Minnewasta Subdivision (formerly Lot 25 of Minnewasta Subdivision) located in the E1/2 of SE1/4 of Section 10, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the east end of Harney Road.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Preliminary and Final Plat be continued to the August 7, 2000 City Council meeting to allow time for the petitioner to submit additional information.
