An application by Philip Hunter was considered for a Planned Development Designation on the south 237 feet of Lot 5, Harter Tract, Section 3, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 2326 Canyon Lake Drive.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:

Planning Commission recommended that the Planned Development Designation be approved in conjunction with the associated rezoning to the Medium Density Residential Zoning District.
