A request by Black Hills Heritage Festival to consider an application for a Major Amendment to a Use on Review to allow temporary structures in the Flood Hazard Zoning District for the Black Hills Heritage Festival on Tract 20, Rapid City Greenway Tracts, Section 36, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at Memorial Park - west of Fifth Street between Omaha Street and New York Street.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Use on Review be continued to the December 4, 2000 City Council meeting.
