A request by Philip Hunter to consider an application for a Rezoning from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential on the south 237 feet of Lot 5, Harter Tract, Section 3, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 2326 Canyon Lake Drive.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:

Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential be approved.

Vote: Unanimous (8 to 0)

Staff recommends that the Second Reading of the Rezoning be continued to the July 24, 2000 City Council meeting so that the Planned Development Designation request for the property may be considered concurrently.
