An application by Dream Design for Rushmore Car Wash, Inc. was considered for a Rezoning from Low Density Residential and General Agriculture to Neighborhood Commercial on Parcel A, beginning at point #1, a 5/8" rebar at the center of Section 22, T1N, R7E, B.H.M., Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, thence S 52 28’19" W, 724.34 feet to point #2, the true point of beginning, thence S 26 24’26" W, 400.00 feet to point #3, thence N 63 35’34" W, 400.00 feet to point #4, thence N 26 24’26" E, 400.00 feet to point #5, thence S 63 35’34" E, 400.00 feet to point #2, the true point of beginning, this parcel containing 3.6731 acres, more generally described as being located 1,500 feet east of Sheridan Lake Road on Catron Boulevard.

 

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:

Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from Low Density Residential and General Agriculture to Neighborhood Commercial for that portion of the request located south of Catron Boulevard be denied without prejudice.
