A request by Lee Geiger for First Western Bank Sturgis to consider an application for a Rezoning from Light Industrial to General Commercial on Lots 1 through 7, Block 4, Riverside Addition, Section 35, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Omaha Street and West Boulevard.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from Light Industrial to General Commercial be approved contingent on a Planned Development Designation being approved for the site prior to City Council action on the Second Reading of the rezoning request.
Vote: Unanimous (7 to 0)
Staff recommends that the Rezoning request be continued to the July 10, 2000 City Council meeting to allow the Planned Development Designation request to be considered concurrently.
