A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Ordinance amending Section 16.04.320 of Chapter 16.04 of the Rapid City Municipal Code to allow the transfer of parcels from which a highway tract has been platted without requiring that the parcels be replatted.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:

Planning Commission recommends that the Ordinance amending Section 16.04.320 of Chapter 16.04 of the Rapid City Municipal Code be approved.

Vote: Unanimous (8 to 0)
