A request by Centerline for A/R Group, LLC to consider an application for an Amendment to the North Rapid Neighborhood Area Future Land Use Plan, which is an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan. The proposed Amendment would change the road network area located northwest of East Anamosa Street and U.S. Highway 16B on Tract 1, Century "21" Subdivision, Section 32, T2N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located west of the intersection of U.S. Highway 16 B and East Anamosa Street.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the City Council acknowledge withdrawal of the application at the petitioner’s request.
