2. 2012 Subcommittee recommendation to fund Field House for $3,400,000.

3. Approve funding of $575,500 in the year 2011, instead of in 2012 as originally approved, for Youth and Family Services for kitchen remodel

4. Recommend funds to do a feasibility study for the Adult Social/Resource Center
