Summary:
Parks and Recreation issued Special Event Permit 2013-06 to KSLT/KLMP for Hills Alive to be held in Memorial Park on July 20-21, 2013.  Additional information concerning the geographical boundaries of the event and the permit holder’s ability to set guidelines for conduct for their event is needed to allow the permit holders and the City to best supervise and manage the Hills Alive event.
