7)         No. PW041409-07 – Agreement between City of Rapid City and HDR Engineering, Inc. for the Solid Waste Management Plan, Project No. SWO09-1778 / CIP No. 50749, in the amount of $178,000.00. 

8)         No. PW041409-08 – Agreement between City of Rapid City and Burns & McDonnell Engineering Co., Inc. for the Water Reclamation Facility Digester Control Building Improvements, Project No. WRF09-1783 / CIP No. 50581, in the amount of $98,878.00.
