A request by Lyle Henriksen with Henriksen Inc. to consider an exception to Allow a Commercial Driveway Width of 40' in Lieu of 28' on Lot 8 of Marlin Industrial Park, Pennington County, South Dakota.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends denial of the request to Allow a Commercial Driveway Opening Width of 40 feet in excess of the maximum allowed driveway width of 28 feet. It appears that a 35 foot wide driveway could accommodate the trucks exiting the proposed Truck Wash. Staff would be in support of a 35 foot driveway opening.
