A request by Renner & Associates to consider an exception to Allow the Use of the Existing Approach on the East and the Adjustment of the Existing West Approach to a Distance of 35 feet from the Nearest Opposing Driveway on Lot 1 of Horizons Subdivision.


STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the request to utilize the existing driveway approaches at the current locations (28 feet for the east approach and 68 feet for the west approach) from the approaches on the opposite side of East Saint Patrick Street; denial of the request to locate a new driveway approach 13 feet from an existing approach on the opposite side of East Saint Patrick Street; and, denial of the request to construct a third driveway to the property.
