A request by City of Rapid City to
consider an application for a Resolution changing the road named East 39th
Street and Racetrack Road to Jolly Lane on the Section Line Highway which
begins at the intersection of East Highway 44 and Jolly Lane and runs straight
north for a distance of one mile which is located in Sections 3, 4, 9, and 10 of
T1N, R8E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as
being located directly north of the intersection of Jolly Lane and East Highway
44.
