Summary:

The applicant originally submitted a request to allow a 5 foot side yard setback for an attached garage.  The applicant has subsequently submitted a revised plan and is requesting to reduce the minimum required side yard setback for a detached garage from 8 feet to 5 feet.  The proposed detached garage is 16 feet by 22 feet and is located south of and behind the existing dwelling.
