The applicant has submitted a Final Planned Development Overlay application to allow an assisted living facility. In particular, the applicant is proposing to construct a one-story 47,600 square foot assisted living and memory care facility with a total of 61 rooms. In addition, the facility includes a three-story 69,000 square foot structure for transitional senior living with 36 one-bedroom and 24 two-bedroom units. The applicant is also requesting an Exception to allow a landscape buffer in lieu of the screening requirement on a portion of the south lot line. |
