Summary:

The applicant has submitted a Final Planned Development to allow a church to be located on property zoned Medium Density Residential District.  The applicant is proposing to utilize approximately 12,296 square feet of the existing facility to allow for the relocation of Bighorn Community Church on the property.   The balance of the structure, a total of approximately 7,935 square feet, will continue to be utilized by Wellspring, Incorporated as their administrative offices and teenage care center.
