No. 15PL018 - Eastern Acres Subdivision

A request by Sperlich Consulting, Inc. for Paul and Lori Sauser to consider an application for a Preliminary Subdivision Plan for proposed Lots 7A and 7B of Block 1 of Eastern Acres Subdivision, property generally described as being located at 5846 Long View Road.

Staff recommends that the Preliminary Subdivision Plan be approved with stipulation as outlined in the staff report.

Staff recommends that the Preliminary Subdivision Plan be approved with stipulations as outlined in the staff report.

Staff recommends approval of the 2015 Rapid City Population Estimate.
