Summary:

The applicant has submitted a Conditional Use Permit to allow an on-sale liquor establishment in conjunction with a full service restaurant.  In particular, the applicant is in the process of renovating an existing property to relocate the “Colonial House” restaurant.  The proposed restaurant will be approximately 9,666 square feet in size.
