No. 15PD002 - Squirrelly Acres

A request by Fisk Land Surveying and Consulting Engineers, Inc. for Lisa R. Schneider on behalf of the Estate of Patricia Berglund to consider an application for an Initial Planned Development Overlay to allow a residential development for Lots 4 and 5 of Squirrelly Acres, property generally described as being located at 5455 Berglund Road.


Staff recommends that the Initial Planned Development Overlay to allow a residential development be approved with stipulations as outlined in the staff report.



 

The Rapid City Planning Commission's action on this item is final unless any party appeals that decision to the Rapid City Council.  All appeals must be submitted in writing to the Department of Community Planning & Development Services by close of business on the seventh full calendar day following action by the Planning Commission.

No. 15PL008 - Squirrelly Acres

A request by Fisk Land Surveying and Consulting Engineers, Inc. for Lisa R. A request by Henriksen Inc for Wyngard Pot-O-Gold Casino Inc, Wyngard Investments LLC to consider an application for a Final Planned Development Overlay to allow a mini storage facility and an on-sale liquor establishment in conjunction with a casino for property generally described as being located at 530 Cambell Street.

If the Planning Commission determines that the proposed LED sign is appropriate for the character of the neighborhood, staff recommends that the Final Planned Development Overlay to allow a mini storage facility and an on-sale liquor establishment in conjunction with a casino be approved with stipulations as outlined in the staff report.

 

 

The Rapid City Planning Commission's action on this item is final unless any party appeals that decision to the Rapid City Council.  All appeals must be submitted in writing to the Department of Community Planning & Development Services by close of business on the seventh full calendar day following action by the Planning Commission.

A request by Novation Group Consulting for SBA Communications to consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a cellular communication tower for property generally described as being located at 1900 North Maple Avenue.

Staff recommends that the Conditional Use Permit to allow a cellular communication tower be continued to the March 5, 2015 Planning Commission meeting.
