A request by Sperlich Consulting Inc. for ZCO Incorporated to consider an application for a Preliminary Subdivision Plan for property generally described as being located south of the intersection of Jolly Lane and Padre Drive.

Staff recommends that the Preliminary Subdivision Plan be approved with stipulations as outlined in the staff report.

Staff recommends that the Conditional Use Permit to allow a child care center in the Light Industrial District be approved with stipulations as outlined in the staff report.

Staff recommends approving the Long Range Transportation Plan Market Research Study Draft Report

Staff recommends that the Major Amendment to a Planned Development to expand an existing hospital be approved with stipulations as outlined in the staff report.
