Summary of Adoption Action for a request by Dream Design International, Inc to consider an application for an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to revise the Major Street Plan to realign a proposed principal arterial street and a proposed collector street for property generally described as being located approximately 2,500 east of the intersection of Dunsmore Road and Sheridan Lake Road.

Staff recommends that the Planning Commission approve the summary and authorize publication in the Rapid City Journal.

The Rapid City Planning Commission's action on this item is final unless any party appeals that decision to the Rapid City Council.  All appeals must be submitted in writing to the Department of Community Planning & Development Services by close of business on the seventh full calendar day following action by the Planning Commission.

Staff recommends that the Ordinance Allowing for Maintenance of Legal Non-Conforming Signs by Amending Section 17.50.080(A) of the Rapid City Municipal.be approved.

No. 14UR001 - Feigels Subdivision

A request by M. J. Adams for Amanda Martinez to consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an on-sale liquor establishment in conjunction with a full service restaurant for property generally described as being located at 1012 East North Street.

Staff recommends that the Conditional Use Permit to allow an on-sale liquor establishment in conjunction with a full service restaurant be approved with stipulations as outlined in the staff report.
