Summary:
The applicant has submitted a request to allow a child care center to be located on approximately 2.36 acres of property located in the Public District.  The Rapid City YMCA is proposing a day care facility caring for an average of 16 and a maximum of 30 children as a part of the YMCA “Jump Start” program.  The day care center will exclusively serve students attending Rapid City High School.
