A request by Renner and Associates, LLC for DKEA, LLC to consider an application for a Preliminary Subdivision Plan for property generally described as being located east of the current northern terminus of Dunsmore Road.

Staff recommends that the Preliminary Subdivision Plan be approved with stipulations as outlined in the staff report.
