Summary:
In 2005, the City of Rapid City was awarded $6,127,000 as a special Congressional appropriation for the construction of East Anamosa Street beginning at the eastern most property line of Walmart extending to the western portion of East Anamosa Street at Anamosa Crossing just west of East North Street.  Amendment #13-004 utilizes the balance of the earmark funding to construct a pedestrian crossing at Walmart, install additional irrigation and landscaping along East Anamosa Street, and connect Century Road to East Anamosa Street.
