Summary:

 The applicant has submitted a Major Amendment to the Planned Development to expand the approved uses within the development to include single-family and two-unit attached townhomes and to request an Exception to reduce the rear yard setbacks.  A previous Major Amendment to the Planned Development has been approved for property within this development for similar uses and Exceptions.  The applicant has submitted an associated Preliminary Subdivision Plan (File #13PL040) to revise lot layouts to accommodate the newly proposed uses.
