A request by James and Kelly Commet to consider an application for an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the land use designation from Commercial to Residential for property generally described as being located at 809 Saint Andrew Street.


Staff recommends that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the land use designation from Commercial to Residential be approved.

No. 12RZ018 - West Boulevard Addition

A request by James and Kelly Commet to consider an application for a Rezoning from General Commercial District to Medium Density Residential District for property generally described as being located at 809 Saint Andrew Street.

Staff recommends that the Rezoning request from General Commercial District to Medium Density Residential District be approved.

Staff recommends that the Preliminary Subdivision Plan be approved with stipulations as outlined in the staff report.

No. 12TP020 – 2013 Transportation Planning Process Agreement between the City of Rapid City and the South Dakota Department of Transportation in the amount of $611,363.

Metropolitan Planning Organization recommends approving the 2013 Transportation Planning Process Annual Agreement between the City of Rapid City and the South Dakota Department of Transportation in the amount of $611,363, implementing the 2013 Unified Planning Work Program.
