No. 10SW001 - Original Town of Rapid City - A request by John W. Ashley to consider an application for a Sidewalk Vendor Permit for Sidewalk Vendor Location 5.  Planning Commission approved the Sidewalk Vendor Permit with stipulations on March 10, 2011.  The Planning Commission’s decision was appealed to the City Council.  The City Council denied the application for Sidewalk Vendor Permit on March 21, 2011.
