Staff recommends that the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations be continued to the November 4, 2010 Planning Commission meeting.

Staff recommends that the Planning Commission approve the Sidewalk Café Permit request with the stipulations outlined in the staff memo.

A request by Kent Kennedy for Sam Benne and Mitch LaFleur to consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow mini-storage facilities in a General Commercial Zoning District for Lot 2 of Lot C of Block 5 of Owen Mann Tract, Section 33, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the southwest corner of the intersection of West Rapid Street and Kinney Avenue.

Staff recommends that the Conditional Use Permit to allow mini-storage facilities in a General Commercial Zoning District be approved with the stipulations outlined in the staff report.

 

 

The Rapid City Planning Commission's action on this item is final unless any party appeals that decision to the Rapid City Council.  All appeals must be submitted in writing to the Growth Management Department by close of business on the seventh full calendar day following action by the Planning Commission.
