20, 24, 25, 26, 28, 29, 33, 34 and 35, Township 2 North, Range 7 East,
Pennington County, South Dakota, and all of Sections 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23,
and 27, Township 2 North, Range 7 East, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota, more
generally described as being located north of Omaha Street/West Chicago
Street, east of SD Highway 231 (Sturgis Road), south of the Pennington County
line, and west of Haines Avenue, Pennington County, South Dakota. The Future Land Use Committee recommends approval of the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan by adopting the Deadwood Avenue Neighborhood Area Future Land Use Plan.

BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located
