A request by Bryan Gonzales for Century Development Co. to consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an on-sale liquor establishment on Lot 2 of Huffman Subdivision, located in the NW1/4 SW1/4, Section 32, T2N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 1331 E. North Street.

Staff recommends that the Conditional Use Permit to allow an on-sale liquor establishment be continued to the July 10, 2008 Planning Commission meeting with the applicant’s concurrence.

 

 

The Rapid City Planning Commission's action on this item is final unless any party appeals that decision to the Rapid City Council.  All appeals must be submitted in writing to the Growth Management Department by close of business on the seventh full calendar day following action by the Planning Commission.

Staff will recommend that the SDCL 11-6-19 Review to allow the construction of a water main be approved if additional information is submitted prior to Planning Commission approval.

Staff will recommend that the SDCL 11-6-19 Review to allow a structure on public property be approved if additional information is submitted prior to Planning Commission approval.

A request by Heartland Entertainment, LLC to consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an on-sale liquor establishment on Lot 1 of Devine Subdivision, Section 32, T2N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 262 North Campbell Street.

Staff recommends that the Conditional Use Permit to allow an on-sale liquor establishment be approved with stipulations.

 

 

The Rapid City Planning Commission's action on this item is final unless any party appeals that decision to the Rapid City Council.  All appeals must be submitted in writing to the Growth Management Department by close of business on the seventh full calendar day following action by the Planning Commission.
