North Street.

Staff recommends that the Conditional Use Permit to allow an on-sale liquor establishment be continued to the June 5, 2008 Planning Commission meeting with the applicant’s concurrence.

 

 

The Rapid City Planning Commission's action on this item is final unless any party appeals that decision to the Rapid City Council.  All appeals must be submitted in writing to the Growth Management Department by close of business on the seventh full calendar day following action by the Planning Commission.

Staff recommends that the SDCL 11-6-19 Review to allow the expansion of a public building be continued to the June 5, 2008 Planning Commission meeting.

If the Planning Commission wishes to approve the request, Staff recommends that the SDCL 11-6-19 Review to construct a sign on public property be approved with stipulations.

Staff recommends that the Conditional Use Permit to allow an oversize garage in a Low Density Residential Zoning District be approved with stipulations.
