Staff recommends that the Petition for Annexation be continued to the August 23, 2007 Planning Commission meeting.

Highway be approved with one stipulatio; That the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to install curb, gutter, sidewalk, street light conduit, water, and sewer along the section line highway be approved with one stipulation; and, That the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to install pavement along the section line highway be denied.
