Anamosa Street right-of-way, Concourse Drive right-of-way, and Turbine Drive right-of-way all located within the area as described above and Homestead Street right-of-way located west of Concourse Drive, all located in Section 4, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located west of Elk Vale Road and north of Copperfield Subdivision.
