Staff recommends that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan by revising the Northeast Area Neighborhood Future Land Use Plan to change the land use designation from General Commercial with a Planned Commercial Development to Light Industrial be denied without prejudice and allow the applicant to submit an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the land use from General Commercial with a Planned Commercial Development to Light Industrial with a Planned Light Industrial Development.

Staff recommends that the Planned Residential Development - Initial and Final Development Plan be approved with stipulations.

 

 

The Rapid City Planning Commission's action on this item is final unless any party appeals that decision to the Rapid City Council.  All appeals must be submitted in writing to the Growth Management Department by close of business on the seventh full calendar day following action by the Planning Commission.

If the Planning Commission believes reallocating costs between previously approved project costs for Revised Tax Increment District #39 is appropriate, the Planning Commission shall recommend approval of the reallocation of costs as outlined in the Revised Project Plan and the attached resolution.
