Staff recommends that the 11-6-19 SDCL Review to allow the demolition of the existing school and to construct a new elementry school with other public uses including a medical/dental clinic, library and a gymnasium be continued to the February 23, 2006 Planning Commission to allow the applicant time to submit additional information.

Staff recommends approval of the proposed relocation of three detention ponds in lieu of the one detention pond as per the revised Public Improvement map for Tax Increment District No. 32 – Red Rock Estates.
