Staff recommends that the 11-6-19 SDCL Review be approved with stipulations.

Staff recommends that the Vacation of Public Right-of-Way be approved based on the revised Exhibit A.

2005 - 2009 Transportation Improvement Program Amendment

 

The Executive Policy Committee of the Rapid City Area Metropolitan Planning Organization recommends that the 2005 - 2009 Transportation Improvement Program Amendment be approved.

No. 04TP020

2004 - 2008 Transit Development Plan

 

The Executive Policy Committee of the Rapid City Area Metropolitan Planning Organization recommends that the final draft of the 2004 - 2008 Transit Development Plan be approved with the recommendation that before the City of Rapid City would implement changes to any of the routes, that the City hold public meetings to obtain additional input prior to the City Council authrorizing any changes to the routes.

A request by the City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Ordinance Amendment amending all references to the Uniform Building Code of the Rapid City Municipal Code in Chapter 17.

 

Staff recommends that the Ordinance Amendment be approved.
