Staff recommends that the 11-6-19 SDCL Review to allow a 16 foot wide utility easement for the construction of utilities on public property be approved with stipulations.

 04OA006 - Ordinance Amendment
On May 27, 2004 the Planning Commission denied a request by the City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Ordinance Amendment to modify the notification requirements for a Planned Development Designation (PDD) by amending Section 17.50.060 of the Rapid City Municipal Code. On June 7, 2004 the City Council approved the Ordinance Amendment.
