Staff recommends that the 11-6-19 SDCL Review to allow a 16 foot wide utility easement for the construction of utilities on public property be continued to the June 10, 2004 Planning Commission meeting to allow the applicant to submit a request to the City Council to grant a 16 foot wide utility easement for the proposed utility construction to be located on City owned property.
